Flowers is a rooftop restaurant and bar inside the renovated riad Dar Marjana in the Medina's Dar El Bacha quarter, opened by chef Richard McCormick — founder of Helsinki's Yes Yes Yes and Holiday concepts. The kitchen fires seasonal, open-fire sharing plates that blend North African and Mediterranean flavours with produce sourced directly from Moroccan growers, served in a second-floor dining room leading up to a botanical rooftop lounge bar.
