By accessing or using Marrakech Resto (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Marrakech Resto is a restaurant discovery platform operated from Marrakech, Morocco.

2. Use of Service

Marrakech Resto provides a platform for discovering restaurants, cafes, and dining venues in Marrakech. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes to browse listings, read and write reviews, save favorites, and interact with venue information. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, posting false information, impersonating others, or interfering with the platform's operation.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or deception. Marrakech Resto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, reports, and other content ("User Content") through the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant Marrakech Resto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that your User Content is truthful, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any law or infringe on any third party's rights. Marrakech Resto reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Listing Owners

Restaurant owners may claim and manage their listings on Marrakech Resto. Listing owners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their venue information, including hours, menus, and contact details. Marrakech Resto does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information and is not responsible for errors or omissions in owner-provided content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are the property of Marrakech Resto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marrakech Resto provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Marrakech Resto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Marrakech Resto, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

8. Changes to Terms

Marrakech Resto reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Content & design rights

All content on this site — the restaurant listings, descriptions, data and its compilation, text, images, and the visual design, layout, and source code — is owned by Restaurants Marrakesh or its licensors and protected by copyright and database rights.

You may not: scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or use any automated means to extract the content; use the content or design to train, fine-tune, or ground any AI, machine-learning, or large-language model, or for text-and-data mining — a reservation of rights is expressly asserted under applicable law and the W3C TDM Reservation Protocol; or reproduce, republish, mirror, or clone the site's design or content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

Search engines and AI assistants may index and cite this content when they provide clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Every other automated or derivative use is prohibited.

Our pages carry machine-readable rights-reservation signals. Infringement may result in DMCA takedown notices and legal action for damages and injunctive relief.
