Gonzalez y Gonzalez is a delivery-only Spanish arroceria that opened March 10, 2026 on the Ourika road in Douar Tougana, six kilometres south of Marrakech. Run by longtime Marrakech restaurateurs Guillaume and Frederic Vallade, it builds its menu around wood-fired, village-style paella with no dining room, events or music program — orders and deliveries run daily into the evening.
