Attached to a gas station on the Route de Fès, this butcher-grill lets customers pick their meat straight from the display case before it's carried to the adjoining counter to be charcoal-grilled and served with fries, salad and homemade bread. Tajine and couscous join the menu on Fridays, and despite the petrol-station setting it draws regulars for its mountain views and honest prices.
