Jnane Rumi is a design-forward boutique guesthouse in the Palmeraie's Nakhil Nord district, its kitchen run by chef Karin Gaasterland, known locally from Marrakech icon El Fenn, serving simple, vegetable-led dishes with Moroccan and French influences.
