Operating near the Menara district since 1933, Mirgon is one of Marrakech's oldest French pastry houses and the creator of the 'Russe Mirgon,' a butter-cream-and-almond entremet unique to the shop. Generations of pâtissiers have kept the recipes largely unchanged, and the shop still handles custom wedding and birthday cakes from its quiet tea salon.
